The product, in the report: Blue Cooshee Booster Classic. Can be found at babysmartusa.com
My child’s Cooshee Booster seat cracked along one side when he was climbing up to get in it to eat and he fell on the tile floor. He was not hurt, but this should not have happened. When it cracked, I was able to see that the seat was made out of foam. The seat is 1-2 years old. I contacted the company but they have not been very helpful in replying to me about a replacement.
