The product, in the report: Manufacturer: Chicco Product Name: QuickSeat Portable baby feeding seat - attach to table

New purchase, just removed from box..

I picked up the “QuickSeat” Child feeding seat from Chicco for our grandson [REDACTED].. well moments into assembly a piece came off in my hand (A snap to secure the removable seat fabric)!!! Something so small would have easily choked [REDACTED]!! I’m extremely angry and at the same relieved it came off in my hand and not [REDACTED]’s!!

Shocked this passes muster with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.. Returning to the store ASAP!!!!

The product, in the report: hook on high chair

This product only has a waist harness. It NEEDS a 5-point harness. This is great for a docile baby, but my baby at 9-months was able to wiggle out (very quickly) and stand up!!! I tried making the straps super tighter, but he just forces himself up and out. It is scary because he could have easily fell. We had it attached to our kitchen island counter/table.
