The product, in the report: Bumbo Baby Infant Toddler Soft Foam Multi Seat with Removable Tray and Safety Buckle Straps for Kids’ 6-36m (white in color)
While being fed in her Bumbo seat, the child was under the care of her grandmother. During a brief moment when the grandmother looked away to reach the childs water, the child bit the tip of the Bumbo seat strap. The strap became caught between the childs teeth, causing trauma to the tooth and its socket. As a result, the childs baby tooth was broken and displaced. After evaluation, the doctors determined that extraction of the tooth was necessary.
