The product, in the report: Bright Starts My Little Booser Seat, turquoise with green handles & white straps

I just bought the turquoise Bright Starts My Little Booster Seat @ Kmart yesterday. I was about to attach it t to a kitchen chair & when I tugged moderately on the crotch strap it slipped through the slot & the string came loose. The safety straps are too thin!

Please investigate! In July 2011 another consumer filed a report on your site re: the same issue!

The product, in the report: A booster seat used at the kitchen table, that buckles to the chair. It is the Bright Starts My Little Booster Seat. It is white and blue.

The product this is concerning is the Bright Starts My Little Booster Seat. It is sold at Target, but is NOT the one that was recently recalled. The crotch strap pulled through the slot that was holding it there, causing my 18 month old to fall. Though she was scared, she was relatively unharmed.
