The product, in the report: Stokke Tripp Trapp High Chair with baby attachments (not newborn) Details Sn: 54012246 Site/date: 12.05.22
My 10mo is strong but she should not be strong enough to push up and bust out of the entire Stokke Tripp Trapp high chair. We were having breakfast as usual. She’s strapped in and eating off her tray. Then she straightened her legs and pushed up hard. The rail (portion that holds baby’s lower half) came out of its fastener on the seat, then the backrest with attached harness came off and the entire thing was loose. Then she slid down and smacked her face on the table. I was quick enough to keep her from hitting the floor but she was bleeding from her mouth and screaming.

No one hurt Made Mar 16, 2023, sent to the company Mar 20, 2023, published by CPSC Apr 4, 2023
The product, in the report: Soft Mint colored Tripp Trapp by Stokke. It’s an adjustable high chair that can be adjusted to serve from infancy through childhood.
Infant daughter is tall (long legs). We use the Stokke Tripp Trapp as a high chair. In order to avoid her being able to stand up and potentially climb out of the chair, we needed to put the adjustable foot platform below the connecting bar. The next lowest slot for the foot platform is right below the connecting bar, and provides space for a foot to become wedged between the bar and the foot platform. This happened to my daughter, and without realizing, I tried to pick up from the high chair with her foot wedged, causing her pain.
