The product, in the report: The First Years “Deluxe Diner” Newborn to Toddler Feeding Seat. Two Piece reclining feeder seat.

I ordered the “Deluxe Diner” Newborn to Toddler feeding seat by The First Years from Walmart.com and it arrived UPS several days later. It was setup and ready to use when my four month old grandson came to visit. As I moved my grandson the two piece seat came apart with him strapped into the upper half. To our horror, he fell and landed head first on our tile floor. The injury resulted in a fractured skull requiring immediate hospitalization. This chair needs immediate attention to the locking mechanism which holds the two sections of the seat together. It is extremely difficult to determine when the unit is locked and in place.
