The reports, as CPSC published them
Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.
Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Cosco Flat-fold High Chair Printed with jungle animals and brown accents. Beige tray and beige-coated metal parts and brown footrest
I used this chair daily to feed my eleven month old son, when one day it suddenly collapsed.
The legs buckled and he fell to the tile floor, hitting his head. Luckily, he didn’t sustain serious injury, but had he been younger he very well may have.
The chair didn’t collapse because of weight, because my child is average size, but seemed to fail suddenly. The chair no longer stands upright on its own.
This chair needs to be recalled immediately before someone is seriously injured or worse.
