  1. First aid

Made Jan 1, 2020, sent to the company Jan 15, 2020, published by CPSC Feb 6, 2020

The product, in the report: Ingenuity 3 in 1 high chair. Grey plastic with green handles on tray. Both single handed and two handed tray release mechanisms

Ingenuity 3 in one high chair.

Infant 9 months sitting in chair and strapped in. He will put his toes up on the tray and when use the one handed release to move tray it pinches toe and then sticks open against it and infant screams and have to forcefully pull toe back out of mechanism. This has happened twice.

Also with side releases he has gotten fingers stuck for same reasons. The sliding plastic is open to the child and fingers had to be pulled out from between two pieces of plastic. This tray needs recalled.
