The product, in the report: J Mason Teddy Bear Picnic Highchair

I have a J Mason Teddy Bear Picnic J6203. I put the baby into the highchair, I turned around and the tray detached and she fell out and suffered severe injuries. I would file a complaint so no other babies get hurt. I was trying to contact J Mason but I cant find their website.
