Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

This high chair has 4 legs. While my son was sitting in the chair, one of the legs of the chair broke, and my son and the whole chair tipped over and fell to the ground; my son hit the side of his head on the ground.

When I examined the chair, it looks like the fastener/screw that attaches the leg to the bottom of the chair had worn away/stripped, and was no longer holding the leg in place. this was not visible without removing the leg from the chair.

This is extremely dangerous. It is a latent defect that the consumer cannot detect, and led to my child falling nearly 4 feet the ground. This product is unsafe, and should be recalled entirely from the market.

I made a complaint with Amazon.com as well.
