Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

I’m a pediatric resident physician and came across this product on Amazon while reviewing currently available infant swings, rockers, etc for an article I’m preparing on recalled inclined infant sleepers. I did not purchase this product. My specific concern about this product is that it promotes use during sleep: “5 soothing swing modes for optimal comfort, accompanied by a whisper-quiet motion and sound, creating a peaceful environment for your baby’s rest” and “3 adjustable backrest angles (20/45/60). Use 20 for resting, 45 for playing, and 60 for feeding. Ensure your baby’s comfort and convenience in various situations.” Using the word rest rather than sleep is disingenuous at best. At this time, there are 152 reviews for this product and Amazon states 100+ bought in the past month.
