The product, in the report: Fisher Price Bright Starts Up, Up & Away Swing with a three-point harness, grey and green seat, and a mobile with a zebra and turtle.
I placed my 6-month-old infant in the Fisher Price Bright Starts Up, Up & Away Swing and clipped her in. The buckle on the harness broke, causing the push-button on the buckle to burst out and fall into the seat. The button is a small plastic piece that would clearly be a choking hazard. Also, I was not able to get my daughter out of the swing until I placed the button back in the buckle to pop it open.
