The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: InGenuity Collection, Cradle&Sway swing light blue and gray with turtle mobile

I first purchased a InGenuity Collection Cradle & Sway back in September 2012 and have had nothing but problems with it! It is a 3 way facing swing that is unsafe to infant. It either leans to far back or to far to to the side both could possibly cause the baby to fall out. The swing becomes in proportioned weight wise and stops swinging only after a few minutes. I have contacted the company many times and they sent me a replacement part for the swing while my first was still in it in early 2013. I brought it back out in the beginning of 2014 with the replacement parts for my 2nd child. After only a few weeks the swing did the same thing, and the company sent me a whole new swing march of 2014. My son has very occasionally used it in the past 4months and the swing has started to do the same thing again. I have contacted Kids ll about the issue again and they claim the product is out of warranty and will not do anything for me. I have had a 2 friends and family that had this same swing and have had the same issues but instead of reporting issues they just disposed of it. I am just worried that a child will get injured while using this product and feel action needs to be done!
