The product, in the report: JOYMOR is a 8 in 1 convertible crib with drawer with mattress, turns into daybed , crib, toddler bed, play yard , bassinet, mid size crib, full size crib Its white. I can not view the product details because when I click on it , through the target website it says unavailable like the product information is gone.
Im reporting a severe safety issue with this crib I recently purchased. I cannot believe it has failed me to this extent and Im just thankful I caught this while my baby was sleeping before it was to late. Now I am a mother whose lost a 5 month old from SIDS in 2021, then lost my 34 day old baby in 2022, just 48 hours after receiving her one month vaccines so I am VERY serious when it comes to the safety of my twin babies God blessed me with. First, its so poorly made my son can grab the side of the crib and shake it with the screws attached as tight as they can go. Second the paint is not durable what so ever my son is teething and hes able to eat the white paint right off of the product. Lastly, as I went to check on my son during his nap his legs and half of his body was hanging from the rails because they are spaced way to far apart which could suffocate and kill him. I took a video and pictures. There should be no tolerance for baby cribs to be manufactured where something deadly can take place that could of been so easy to prevent it and I cant burry another child my heart couldnt bare the pain. Normally I would just request a refund, when I tried returning this item the store (Target) wanted me to take the crib apart put it back in the box and drive it to one of their locations even though I paid for it to be delivered. So I still have this crib on my hands because I dont have the space or strength to get it in my vehicle and take it. I think due to this product failing my small child the least they could do is pick this item up that was originally delivered. I do not have the heart to not express my concerns regarding this crib if something happened to another child or toddler because it turns into a toddler bed and also a play yard I just would never forgive myself. I hope you can help me get this crib evaluated and off of the market. I also dont have $150 to spend on another crib for my 13 month old. His twin has a crib that I dont have issues with but it would be unsafe for them to sleep in the same bed neither would it be sleeping with me. I dont know who else to reach out to. Thank you and God Bless.
