The product, in the report: Evolur/Dream On Me Crib, Belle 5 in 1. Antique White color.
I purchased an Evolur (Dream On Me company) Belle 5 in 1 crib, brand new in the box. When I brought the crib home, I took it out of the box, and set it up. We noticed a 1 or 2 very very small hairline cracks but did not think it was of significant importance. BUT over time within the first year the hairline cracks progressively got worse. The crib now has a railing that completely broke in half and is a MAJOR safety hazard. My baby can no longer sleep in this dangerous crib. This crib is a 5 in 1 which means its supposed to last for years from infancy to childhood. It did not even last the first year. I contacted Evolur/Dream On Me on June 18, 2025 up until July 11, 2025 and they went back and forth with me for 16 emails with zero resolution. I told them this crib is a major safety hazard and the wood is defective. If the wood was not chemically treated properly prior to building it, then its prone to have excessive cracks and quick deterioration. That is exactly what is going on with this crib. The paint has also excessively chipped and my baby has picked up pieces of the paint and ingested it. The paint is also turning abnormally yellow and comes off. I told Evolur that this is not ok and Im simply asking for some sort of a replacement crib. They stated the Belle crib was discontinued and will not offer me another crib as a resolution. I find it interesting that this crib was discontinued and most likely means they received numerous other complaints. They have not taken this issue seriously and my baby has not been able to sleep in this crib due to the major hazard. I also saw other reviews from parents showing the poor quality of and the excessive cracking. They refuse to take ownership and responsibility to replace this defective crib and thats all l asked for, even if its not the same style. Therefore, since they did not provide a replacement crib due to the major safety hazards of the wood excessively cracking, l had to report it.

The product, in the report: Evolur Santa Fe 5-in-1 Convertible Crib, Storm Grey. Size ? 58 x 31 x 47 inches. Weight 68.2 lb .
I purchased Evolur Santa Fe 5-in-1 Convertible Crib for my daughter who was born in February. Until she start rolling there been no issues with it , but right now her foot or even whole leg is constantly getting stuck in between the spindle. The gap in between spindles is large enough for baby leg fit there and prevent baby for rolling over back to the back .Last night my daughter roll on her belly her leg got stock and she couldn’t roll back on her back . I found her with her face facing the mattress unable to roll over, this not only could casue a suffocation but also twist baby leg or foot. This happen more then once , but before it was during the day .
