No incident, no one hurt Made Oct 4, 2024, sent to the company Oct 24, 2024, published by CPSC Nov 15, 2024
The product, in the report: We purchased the Hampshire Olive Green Wood Convertible Baby Crib, the Hampshire olive Green 6-Drawer kids Dresser, Hampshire Tall Olive Green 3-Shelf Kids Bookcase with Drawer.
We purchased nursery furniture from Crate and Barrel in January 23, 2023. When I was visiting my grandson in September of this year, I noticed that he was chewing the paint off his crib.
UPDATED ON 10/23/2024: [I would like to state that Crate and Barrel did replace the crib for us. Unfortunately, they would not replace anything else. I had suggested paying for 1/2 of the furniture, and they could take the green painted furniture; I was told they could not accommodate me. I am hoping that furniture does not chip as easily as the crib. I am not satisfied that the baby’s room is different colors; however, we paid over $3,000.00 for that furniture so it is a bit expensive to throw out.]

The product, in the report: Hampshire Blush Wood Baby Crib Hampshire Blush Wood Baby Crib 55”Wx30”Dx37”H
A brand new crib from Crate and Barrel arrived. The entire base became dislodged and fell through diagonally. I have contacted Crate and Barrell multiple times to have it removed from their website. Other reviews say similar things.
