The product, in the report: Product details: Product: Baby Relax Adele 3-in-1 Convertible Crib (White) Model number: DA8015179 Date of manufacture: January 2024 Purchased: May 21, 2024 from Walmart (Duncan, OK)

My child accessed and removed a screw from a Baby Relax Adele 3-in-1 Convertible Crib during normal use and began choking on it. The screw was accessible and detachable, creating a choking hazard in a sleep environment. My child is okay, but this was a near-miss incident. The crib was manufactured January 2024 and purchased from Walmart on May 21, 2024. I am concerned about hardware loosening and child access to small parts.
