The product, in the report: A multi-functional wooden push walker and Montessori activity center featuring wheels with adjustable speed, an integrated handle with adjustable height (ranging from approximately 20.5 inches to 24 inches), and an attached front activity panel containing sorting shapes, gears, a xylophone, and numbers. Unfortunately I do not have the model name, number, serial number, etc as I discarded the packaging after opening in order to wrap the gift for my daughters birthday.
Yesterday, my daughter put one of the wooden shape pieces from an activity center into her mouth and began gagging, which caused a near-choking incident that required me to manually remove the piece from her mouth. Because the included shape sorting pieces are small enough to enter a child’s airway, they present a serious choking hazard and are unsafe for babies. The product listing exhibits a striking contradiction in its target age recommendations, creating significant confusion across its promotional materials. While the product title explicitly markets the item for a “1 Year Old” learning to walk alongside a first birthday designation, and a badge in one of the promotional images reinforces a “12m+ AGE” requirement, another marketing breakdown in the listing encourages much younger usage by picturing the walker alongside a “5 Months Baby” and a “7 Months Baby”. This creates a lot of confusion for consumers as the first things we look at on the listing online include the brief title, description and photos which all contain conflicting info.
