No one hurt Made Apr 28, 2026, sent to the company May 1, 2026, published by CPSC May 15, 2026
The product, in the report: Sold on Amazon as WOODMAM Large Activity Cube, 9-in-1 Farm-Themed Wooden Play Center, Multipurpose Montessori Toy for 1-2 Year Old Baby Toddler Kid, First Birthday Gift | Bonus Magnetic Train Cars. Dimensions 13.4*14.4 inch) and weight (7.9 lb.)
My son was able to get himself into the center of the WOODMAM Large Activity Cube, 9-in-1 Farm-Themed Wooden Play Center and get stuck. At 14 months, he was able to step into it but because of the size and lips that are designed to hold the lid unable to get out. There is no locking mechanism that would prevent a child from also getting stuck. Had he been even a pound bigger or inch taller we would have had to call the fire department
