The product, in the report: Wooden play gym. Wooden legs connected at the top center bar, a rope connects the legs near the bottom to form an A. It is advertised as adjustable.
I was adjusting the legs on an A frame wooden play gym. When I tried to straighten them, they slid right off the center support, screw and all. The center bar fell and nearly hit the baby in the face.
