The product, in the report: Winfun 0801 letter train and piano activity table
My daughter received as Christmas gift the Winfun 0801 letter train and piano activity table. A couple of weeks later while she was playing, I saw a sharp piece next to the toy. I immediately picked it up before she grabbed it to put in her mouth. The piece seems to have come loose from the “bee”. I sent an e-mail to the company to let them know of the issue.

No one hurt Made Jun 16, 2021, sent to the company Jun 21, 2021, published by CPSC Jul 6, 2021
The product, in the report: It’s a 0827-NI Jungle Pals Playmat. about 2 ft in diameter. It’s multi colored, mostly yellow and orange. it’s a fabric matt with foam covered arches that hang above the baby with toys hanging down. I’m not sure of the manufacture date. it was a christmas present in 2020.
The endcap button of my baby’s play matt came off and he put it in his mouth. It’s small enough to be a choking hazard. He was not injured the sitter caught him and pulled the button out of his mouth, but he could have choked for sure. The plastic arch popped through it’s padding poked out and the end button popped off.
