The product, in the report: The Sort & Discovery Cube sold under the brand name vtech is multi-colored and roughly 12”x12”x12. It plays sounds and uses two AA batteries.

My eight month old granddaughter was playing in her playpen with a vtech Sort & Discovery Activity Cube. While very interesting and engaging, there is a severe danger of an infant reaching into the cube, falling over with an arm or leg trapped in one side that is not designed to be accessed from outside the cube. My granddaughter stepped on the cube. Her foot and leg went into the cube and she then fell over with her leg trapped in the cube. Her leg is bruised but could easily have been broken. Upon consultation with her mom, I learned it has happened before. We have removed it from her play area permanently. This thing is dangerous!
