The product, in the report: My son has the rainforest melodies playmat, link below. We love it but noticed the other day that the zebra tail started to come loose causing a potential choking hazard. I have a potential product hazard that I reported to Fisher Price. My 5 month old son has the Fisher Price rainforest melodies playmat, link below. We love it but noticed the other day that the zebra tail started to come loose causing a potential choking hazard. Thank goodness my husband noticed it before my son pulled it the rest of the way off and we were able to cut it off but I think you should consider a warning to other parents.
