No incident, no one hurt Made Aug 17, 2023, sent to the company Aug 21, 2023, published by CPSC Sep 12, 2023
The product, in the report: This is a wooden gym with 5 wooden rings with dangling toys that a baby can grasp.
On Tuesday, my 3-month-old son was laying underneath Pondering Pine’s “Wooden Play Gym” and tugged on one of the toy strands, which caused all of the small wooden beads to fall all around him. I believe this is a faulty product as my son is just a infant so does not really have the strength yet to tamper with products. We are the only owners of this product. It was purchased in February 2023 and received as a baby gift in March 2023. No injuries occurred. I contacted the company immediately via website, email, [REDACTED] and their [REDACTED] shop but did not receive a response within 24 hours.
