The product, in the report: Busy Board - wooden LED busy board for toddlers (sensory activity board with toggle switches, rocker switches, push buttons, LED lights, yellow/black “POWER” plate). Recommended age on label: 1+ years.
After about one month of normal use by my 12-month-old, the power button broke off the board, leaving a small detachable plastic piece - a choking hazard for a child who mouths toys. No injury. I removed the toy before my child could mouth the broken piece.
