The product, in the report: This toy is a Munchkin bobble bee suction toy
On October 13, 2013 I purchased a Munchkin bobble bee suction toy for my infant from the Fort Campbell Blvd Walmart in Clarksville, TN. The next morning my infant was playing with the toy and started screaming loudly in pain. My husband and I tried to figure out what was wrong and realized that his middle finger on his left hand was stuck in the neck of the bee toy. It took my husband and I several minutes to try and release the head/neck of the toy from our infants finger. After the toy was removed his finger sustained swelling and his fingernail started to bruise. I have photos of the toy and injury it caused. I request that this toy be removed from the shelves so that no other child has to have their finger stuck in the toy.
Thank you. [REDACTED]
