The product, in the report: Moombike Wooden Activity Cube Bead Maze Toy for Kids and Toddlers, 6 in 1 Multipurpose Educational Toy - Roller Maze, Time Learning Clock, Counting Alphabet ,Abacus and More Fun Games Activity Center https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071S6HKKX
Purchased the toy from Amazon. Checked it for loose parts before providing it to child.
The center roller with bells inside was loose and the pegs fell out allowing the bells to fall out. I repaired it by gluing the pegs in so the roller would not fall apart any more.
After my child played with this for a week, one of the colored pegs on the lady bug side fell out. I found the pieces by her feet on the floor. They are choking hazards and it was really scary to see how easily it came apart. Luckily she did not swallow or choke on the parts, but we do not allow her to play with this toy anymore for fear of choking on more loose parts.
