No incident, no one hurt Made Jan 8, 2022, sent to the company Jan 12, 2022, published by CPSC Jan 27, 2022
The product, in the report: Baby bum multi-color activity gym with blue slide 60.00 L x 30.00 W x 26.00 H Inches
I purchased a Little Baby Bum Wheels on the Bus Climber and Slide with Interactive Musical Dashboard by Little Tikes from Amazon before Christmas. I returned the first one i received because it was warped and didn’t fit together, got a second one which we were able to put together with a lot of effort and after two days of use, I just had the seat fall (exposing screws) after placing my 11 month old on the toy. There are a lot of reviews that reflect the same experience.

First aid Made Dec 22, 2020, sent to the company Jan 8, 2021, published by CPSC Jan 26, 2021
The product, in the report: Little tykes activity garden. The four balls within Model Activity Garden UPC 050743632624
We purchased the little tykes activity garden for my one-year-old daughter. When she began playing with it she started throwing up then sneezing uncontrollably. We removed her from the toy and cleaned her up. She then recovered shortly after so we took her back to the toy and not knowing that was the cause. When she went back and started playing with the balls again she began sneezing uncontrollably and her face swelled up. We administered [REDACTED] and she was able to make a complete recovery. We remove the toy and she has not had symptoms cents. I placed one of the balls on the tip of my tongue and immediately had a strong chemical taste that began burning my throat.

Hurt, no treatment Made Mar 21, 2013, sent to the company Mar 29, 2013, published by CPSC Apr 19, 2013
The product, in the report: Little Tikes Discovery Sounds Activity Garden
My son, whom is 15 months old, got his arm stuck in his Little Tikes Discovery Sounds Activity Garden yesterday. He was putting the balls through the ball holes on the orange arch above the shutters. He was stuck from his elbow down. Although this could have been more serious, thankfully my husband got [REDACTED] liquid soap and poured it all over his arm. After wiggling the arm with the soap on it, it came loose. He has a red mark and mild bruise today. Although he adores this toy ( he got it for Christmas as a gift) and it was (as of yesterday) his most played on toy, I recommend not buying this toy. The injury could have been worse, luckily, although upset, he was kept still enough during the incident to not injure himself further.

Hurt, no treatment Made Jan 31, 2013, sent to the company Feb 8, 2013, published by CPSC Mar 4, 2013
The product, in the report: Little Tikes Activity Garden. Transforms without tools into an open, 2-sided play center. 2-Sided panel features a mirror, learning clock, ball shaker, movable clicking bugs, and a 3-language interactive phone. Crawl-through obstacle course. Shape-sorter mailbox. Working Tap-a-Tune piano sits atop the open-close door. Movable, look through telescope. Open-close window shutters that feature a ball drop flower pot. For ages 6-36 months. Dimensions when play area is closed: 33.25”L x 25.5”W x 25”H. Dimensions when play area is opened up: 50.5”L x 25.5”W x 25”H.
While standing and playing with the mailbox on the Little Tikes Activity Garden my child began to cry loudly with pain. As I went to my child her right hand was caught and pinching her fingers from the bottom of the mail box door. I couldn’t pull her hand out so I pushed the lid to the mailbox to close it and she screamed louder in pain. I then went the other way opening it all the way down so that the top of the lid is pointing to the ground and her fingers came out. Her first three fingers, the pointer, middle and ring finger were very red just at the tips and it took a while to calm her down. I never seen her in pain like that before so I was concerned that the mailbox was dangerous. After trying to re-inact how she could have got her fingers pinched I realized that if you open the mail box door all the way so that it is pointing to the ground there is a gap in the hinges area where little fingers could get trapped and then pinched.
