The product, in the report: Bright Starts Having a Ball Spin ‘N Slide Ball Popper made by Kids II
My daughter was playing with the Bright Starts Having a Ball Spin ‘N Slide Ball Popper while my husband supervised. My daughter was excited to see the balls pop out and reached down into the tube where the balls popped out of in an attempt to grab a ball her finger got caught in tube by the flapper part of the toy.
She screamed in pain and my husband had to physical take the part top of the toy off in order to free her finger. She was hurt and scared, but no physical damage was done to her finger.
