The product, in the report: Zanny Zoo cube by JustB. A wooden activity cube for children with four sides of activities and a top with activities as well.

My child was playing with a Zanny zoo and I heard crying. I found him with his hand stuck inside the toy. It was very difficult to remove his hand but thinking it was just a one time incident I put the toy back on the floor and a couple days later I heard him crying and found his hand stuck in the same area of the toy. After this incident I turned the toy to where that section of the cube was against the wall and let him resume playing with it while I made dinner. He started crying again so I went to see what happened and he had gotten his hand stuck in another area on the top of the zoo. I took a picture this time before removing his hand as I was extremely frustrated and knew something needed to be done. He had red marks on his wrist from being stuck.
