The product, in the report: The Ingenuity Spring and Sprout activity jumper and table is a jumper seat with a padded swivel seat in the center of an activity table with various interactive toys attached, including a house with a mirrored back, sliding door, and squeaky chimney.
My son began coughing while sitting in the Ingenuity Spring and Sprout activity center. I swept his mouth and pulled out a plastic wrapper. When I laid it out, it was shaped like the toy house on the activity table. The mirror surface of the house must have had a protective film over it, but I didn’t realize it until my son peeled it off and almost choked on it. We got this activity center second hand, so I wasn’t expecting any protective films. There were no tabs or words printed on the film to make it easy to spot. It should have “Remove Film” printed on it to make it easy to see.
