The product, in the report: Evenflo Exersaucer Ultra (castle theme)
My 7 month old daughter was playing in the Evenflo Exersaucer Ultra (the castle theme one). She was playing with the hard plastic castle tower (the one that has a thing that spins vertically) when all of a sudden it came off and smacked her in the face. She got a small cut (about 0.5” from her left eye) that bled for a minute or so and she is terrified of the toy now. It has fallen off once before but never hit her.
