My toddler was playing with one of the balls that came with this toy - http://www.amazon.com/Earlyears-Roll-Swirl-Ball-Ramp/dp/B004IZWQYQ, and it split open letting the tiny little balls inside the bigger ball fall all over the floor. This would be a significant choking hazard for my infant and my toddler.
