The product, in the report: BABYSEATER Baby Gym Kick and Play Piano Activity - Multi-colored baby gym/play mat with piano for feet and a projector/light show and music with hanging/link toys included

BABYSEATER Baby Gym Kick and Play Piano Activity

The blue car toy with yellow wheels that hangs/links onto the playmat broke. The wheel broke apart with normal use and is now a choking hazard. It looks like it was glued and the glue came apart. When I went to put my baby on his playmat this morning I noticed one of the pieces of the wheel on the mat. I took the car/unlinked it from the playmat and then the other side of the wheel fell out. It’s two small round pieces of plastic.
