We purchased a BABY JOY Portable Wooden Baby Gym through Amazon in February 2022. In August 2022 our infant was able to begin playing with this item. On September 8th while playing with the item, one of the threaded wood nutserts detached from its mounting hole, causing the item to collapse on to the infant.
