7 month old was using the baby Einstein around we grow 4in1 and was playing with the snail. The snail had a spring, you pull it forward and it springs back, the track is open allowing fingers to get in the track and pinched and stuck.

While trying to adjust the strap on the jumper, the strap easily frayed and broke apart. Fortunately a child was not in the jumper at the time, but easily could have been and wouldve caused great injury to a baby if it had broken while the baby was in the jumper.

The product, in the report: Baby Einstein 4-in-1 Kickin’ Tunes Music and Language Discovery Play Gym. Includes animal characters printed on a floor mat. Two bendable blue arches make an X over the mat and have loops for toys to clip onto and hang down over baby. Toys included are a blue rubbery music note, a purple and clear triangle filled with beads, a mirror, a crinkly fabric circle with a frog printed on it, a crinkly book with animals playing instruments on the pages, and cards with animals printed on one side and shapes on the other. Comes with a small electric piano and tummy time pillow. Color blue/gray.
Three month old baby was able to tear stitching from the warning tag out of a Baby Einstein 4-in-1 Kickin’ Tunes Music and Language Discovery Play Gym. The product was newly gifted in March of 2026, only a month ago. The thread wrapped around her fingers tightly and left red marks. If the issue had not been found promptly, this could have damaged her fingers.

The product, in the report: This was the Baby Einstein Neighborhood Symphony Activity Jumper Model 10504-1 UPC 074451105041
My grandson was in the Baby Einstein Neighborhood Symphony Activity Jumper when he flipped over head first three times, and landed face down on hard surfaces each time.
We thought it was a fluke when our grandson flipped this the first time, and were obviously concerned when he flipped it again. The final time he flipped it two adults were right next to him, with a chair pushed against the jumper so it wouldn’t flip, but somehow it flipped again. Each time he landed with a face plant onto a hard granite or ceramic tile surface.
My grandson was just under 11 months old and weighed around 19 lbs when this occurred. The product is advertised as safe up to 1 year, but it obviously is not.

My four month old was laying on his back on a Baby Einstein (5 in 1 learning discovery gym) play mat. He is rocking and trying to roll over. While rolling over he got his arm stuck in the holes used for balls, this had him stuck twisted and face down. I think this is an extremely dangerous toy as it is designed for babies to bat at the hanging toys and their arms can easily get stuck.

My son was playing with his Baby Einstein curiosity table 5 feet away from me, when he turned around gagging and drooling. I opened up his mouth to find the cardboard center from one of the toy’s plastic gears smashed into the roof of his mouth, covering the roof of his mouth and part of his airway. I peeled the cardboard piece away from his mouth, and he was fine because I was right there with him, but it definitely seems like a choking hazard. The toy comes with 8 of these same gears.

The whale push toy on the Baby Einstein underwater gym seems to have broken at the ‘neck’ and when I looked over at my daughter (11mo) she had a white item in her mouth chewing on it. Turns out it was part of the mechanism for the whale ‘neck’ and she had pushed the whale off and grabbed the part inside.

The review I left at Amazon: I work as a nanny and would not buy this product. I do not feel like it is stable enough so please sit behind your little one when they are in the pulling up stage. ALSO where the edge of the white top and bottom blue base meet is very sharp. It can cause a deep scratch on your baby’s face which is what happened to us. Please be careful. I just prefer not to use it. Very bad manufacturing. Shame on you Baby Einstein!

My four month old was lying on the playmat on his back. He rolled himself over to his belly for the second time, and was doing tummy time. He has a habit of sucking his fingers and instead sucked the mat. It got pulled up into his mouth while I was taking a bag to my car, and was gagging/choking on it-it got sucked into his mouth/airways and he couldn’t breathe.
