No one hurt Made May 22, 2026, sent to the company Jun 10, 2026, published by CPSC Jun 26, 2026
The product, in the report: B toys Musical Ball Popper Poppity Whale Pop
I purchased this toy from Target on May 22, 2026. During the first use, I plugged a USB-C cable into the toy and was showing my daughter how to place the balls into the machine. One of the balls became stuck near the wheel mechanism area. Within moments, the toy began smoking from inside the unit.I immediately unplugged the toy and stopped using it. No injuries occurred, but this appeared to be a potential fire and electrical safety hazard involving a childrens toy during normal use. The product was being used as intended and had only been used for a few minutes before the incident occurred.

First aid Made May 20, 2017, sent to the company May 30, 2017, published by CPSC Jun 20, 2017
The product, in the report: B. Toys Zany Zoo Wooden Toy
Upon normal use and play of B. Toys Zany Zoo wooden toy, the coated wires become loose and are unstable. This causes the toy to be dangerous for children as they climb and fall due to the unstable wires. My child pushed on the unstable wires and lost her grip and fell into the wooden toy and bruised her face. I’ve contacted the manufacturer to identify a solution to this unsafe toy and they are not responsive on how to viably rectify the issue.
