The product, in the report: Activity cube toy

Consumer reported that the toy did not have proper instruction, she inserted the cubes improperly which caused her 18 month old child to pull on it and the cubes came off which are very small. The child was able to place it in her mouth but she was able to retrieve it before it became a choking hazard.

The manufacturer was contacted and she was advised that if she insert it improperly she would have voided the warranty. She requested a replacement and she was denied but after advising that she was going public with the incident the agent advised that she would escalate the case.

Consumer stated that made a video about the incident, she feels that this product should have been sold with proper instructions before a child is harm.
