  1. No one hurt

Made Jul 24, 2018, sent to the company Aug 22, 2018, published by CPSC Sep 6, 2018

The product, in the report: Pidoko Kids All-in-1 Multi-Activity Learning Center. Multifunction activity center with pound, tap, peek, explore and more cognitive playful elements.Table includes 6 fun activities such as a Xylophone, Drum with wooden mallet, Peek-a-boo doors, Spinning gears, Curvy winding beads maze, Track sliders with animals

My daughter was playing with the Pidoko Kids All-in-1 Multi-Activity Learning Center when one of the green, wooden cylinders that holds the bead maze to the table split. There was no noise, she didn’t hit it with anything, nothing. We noticed it happened because she started chewing on the loose half of the cylinder. Luckily, we saw it before she swallowed it or a piece of wood became lodged in her mouth. It also exposed a raw, sharp edge of the metal bar to the bead maze to her that had otherwise been inside the wooden cylinder.
