The product, in the report: Gojiberry baby carrier. This is used to strap a baby on your chest for handsfree carrying. I bought the color Violet Meadow and Sky Bloom cover. This offers an H or X carrying option for various comfort and different snapping positions for height variations. This is a new company.
I was correctly wearing my GOJIBERRY baby carrier at an amusement park when all of a sudden, the back strap snapped! Baby fell but I caught her. This is extremely unsafe and I contacted the company but all they offered was a refund once returned! The carrier offers multiple snaps on the back to adjust height for the back, but they are not strong enough for the weight of baby- she is only 15 pounds.
