The product, in the report: BabyBJorn Original-black Mesh Baby/Infant Carrier

A mother placed an infant/baby carrier on her chest. She placed/secured her 3 month old infant in the carrier. She was walking in the park on the way home. She stopped at the crosswalk and while waiting for the traffic light to change green, she looked down her infant and noticed the infant was not breathing/unresponsive. There was a bloody substance noticed around her nose and mouth area. Paramedics were called.
