The product, in the report: Lillebaby original 6 in 1 baby ergonomic carrier, Azalea, purchase date of dec 27, 2019
I have a little over one year old with proof of purchase baby carrier rated for 45 pounds and my son is 28.5 pounds. The waist stability belt tore at a vital and dangerous spot out of normal wear. This makes the carrier hazardous and a dangerous fall issue for baby as it is no longer secure, potential life threatening issue. Upon reaching out to the company they said I was 3 months past warranty and I can buy a new one. There is nothing in their carrier tags or manual stayying an expiration date or a need of safety inspection after one year of use, most mother’s use carriers between multiple infants over a period of years.

The product, in the report: Baby & Infant Carrier
I was wearing my baby using the Lillebaby carrier when I felt that my hip strap was loose. It was then I realized that the buckle was broken and when I slightly touched it, the whole thing came undone while I was still wearing my baby! This product is a fall hazard because my baby could’ve fallen out. I had the carrier for less than 2 months. I contacted customer service through various methods: email, text, facebook message, and phone. They finally responded with no apology or shock, but an offer for a replacement buckle.
