The product, in the report: Eco-Fin 2.0 Baby Carrier from Aloha & Light LLC. Reported carriers were lots 3065 to 3146 however, many of the carriers are not inscribed with product numbers.

Aloha & Light LLC emailed all original customers of their Eco-Fin 2.0 that the straps were sewn incorrectly, being too low on the panel, on 9/18/23. The Eco-Fin 2.0 is a baby carrier. Several consumers in baby-wearing groups on [REDACTED] started noticing that many of the carriers were also sewn un-safely, without support box stitching or stitching coming apart on key weight bearing features of the carrier. To date no known injuries, but potential for injury is high.
