The product, in the report: Tots in Mind - Crib Tent II with Inside Surround Net
When changing crib sheets and using Tots in Mind Crib Tent II, very weak seams tore out at corners when pushed on with mattress. I was being very careful!! I’m afraid my daughter could get her head stuck in the holes left behind and strangle so I will have to discontinue use.

Hurt, no treatment Made May 17, 2012, sent to the company May 24, 2012, published by CPSC Jun 15, 2012
The product, in the report: Tots in Mind Crib Tent II
We purchased 3 crib tents for our triplets, and had to return all three because the zippers would misalign and were able to be opened by our toddlers or couldn’t be easily realigned without zipping and unzipping the tent several times. We also had problems with the sewing at corners of the tents. The corners had 6” holes in them allowing our boys to unzip their tents from the corners. We replaced the tents with 3 more and had the same problems with the zippers mis-aligning and coming open as well as our boys were able to poke holes in the mesh, enabling them to put their heads through the holes.
Lastly, we had one incident where my son was able to invert the dome (when the flap/zipper was open) by hanging/pulling on the top of the dome using his full-force weight.
When I tried to push it back up, the dome snapped/popped up, violently hitting my cheekbone.

Hurt, no treatment Made May 16, 2012, sent to the company May 24, 2012, published by CPSC Jun 15, 2012
The product, in the report: Tots in Mind Play Crib Tent
Tots in Mind Crib Tent zipper failed after a few months and our child was able to climb out of the crib. She fell about three feet to the floor and sustained a bruise on her nose that eventually healed. She cried and may have sustained trauma to her head. Luckily we have a rug in the crib room and she does not appear to have sustained permanent damage.
