The product, in the report: Crib
The consumer indicates that his wife was cleaning their crib with baby wipes and noticed that there were splinters coming off the unit.
The consumer contacted the Manufacturer and explained the situation; the representative he spoke to informed him that they could provide a replacement unit once they heard back from their Manufacturer that the replacement crib would have a wax coating to prevent the wood from chipping.
The consumer states that the crib is used daily for approximately ten hours.
The consumer is unsure if he will have the unit for at least the next thirty days.
