The product, in the report: Million Dollar Baby Crib Model Emily 4791 I had been storing a new but never used crib (Million Dollar Baby Emily 4791). After I set it up, I realised that the spring panel had a large jagged break in it. If I were to use it, it would be EXTREMELY unsafe. I have contacted the company. It is supposedly a recalled model and I filled out the form for some sort of repair kit but never recieved it (2 months later). I tried emailing them and they just sent me to a link to purchase parts. I tried calling them but it just rang and rang and then I got a busy tone.

Hurt, no treatment Made Jan 16, 2020, sent to the company Jan 27, 2020, published by CPSC Feb 10, 2020
The product, in the report: Million Dollar Baby Co model 5501 serial number HS0130321810
Hello this report is in regards to Million Dollar Baby Co’s Model 5501, serial number HS0130321810. We have had the crib up and assembled for about a month and on 3 occasions my 5 month old has gotten his foot wedged between the bars. Today he got his leg up to and just past the knee stuck, while on his stomach. He was unable to dislodge his leg and began screaming. Our two concerns are: 1. Babies injuring their legs and 2. Baby’s getting stuck face down, unable to shake their leg out of it and thus leading to a suffocation hazard.

No one hurt Made Aug 31, 2012, sent to the company Oct 9, 2012, published by CPSC Oct 23, 2012
The product, in the report: 4-1 convertible Crib
The consumer stated that her 23 month old child’s left upper thigh was stuck between the slats. The thigh was wedged between the front slats so tight that she had difficulty removing it, she had to use a saw to cut the slats to release the child’s thigh. There was no injury.
The consumer suggested that cribs should not be made with gaps, it should be made solid and only have a opening where the parent can retieve the child.
[REDACTED]
Note: The consumer will add more details to report when it is received.
