The product, in the report: Little Seeds Piper 2-in-1 convertible crib Upholstered Crib Gold 52”H x 54”W x 29.125”D

I have two little seeds Piper upholstered cribs. I purchased them last December - but they have been in use far less than a year. The panels at the head and foot of the crib are upholstered. Yesterday I walked in to my twins room and one of them was trying to crawl out of the crib because the upholstered part of the panel had fallen out of the frame. I have a submitted a photo. The crib has not had heavy use, as my girls were born in February and spent time in the NICU and two months away from home and slept in bassinets at first - so it is not due to heavy wear and tear. My baby is 10 months old and should not be strong enough to push the panel out of a crib. The second crib where my other twin sleeps the panels are shaky as well, so i don’t think this is properly made. I have contacted little seeds customer service but not heard anything back.
