The product, in the report: Full size crib
Graco Benton 4 in 1 convertible crib is smaller than your specifications. The bottom rails are 27” apart and a standard mattress will not fit at the lowest level.
Also, the brackets obstruct the mattress from laying flat in the crib at all levels. I had to turn the brackets so that they were under the mattress platform which makes the mattress sit higher than intended by about 7 inches. This is also a safety issue.
Please require that all cribs and mattresses specifications be uniform so that all mattresses fit into all cribs. Honestly, it’s just a crib and not an airplane. These problems for consumers should just not exist. Why would you allow a manufacturer to make cribs where the brackets obstruct the mattress rectangle?
I wish you would bring back the drop rails too. So hard for a grandparent caretaker to put a baby to bed.
Sincerely, [redacted]
