The reports, as CPSC published them
Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.
Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Dream on me Violet 7 in 1 convertible crib
My daughter who is now 17 months old was able to tumble from the lower side of the crib rail and fall at the lowest setting of the crib mattress support but I ran to her rescue. I reported this to the manufacturer once when she was just ten months old but the response from them was very poor. I don’t leave her unattended and that saved her from the fall twice. There I sd clearly a design flaw and many parents have reported on Amazon but the product is still being sold. As first time parents we didn’t know what to expect.

The product, in the report: Folding full size crib with stationery sides
Re: Dream on Me Full Size 2 in 1 folding stationery side Crib. Purchased from Amazon 10/18/13 5 month baby got his arm stuck in the narrow side of crib rails and could not get it out. We heard crying for a longer time than usual and went in. The arm was cold and starting to turn blue but fortunately we were able to get the arm out before any serious injury. There is a flaw in the design if a baby can get stuck and a parent may not go in quickly if they are “letting the baby cry it out” to “sleep train.
