Hello,
I have a crib that I bought off Walmart a few years ago for our first child and now our second child uses it. Today I noticed that some of the nails that are holding in the medal cylinders that the screws turn into have fallen out. Three of the nails have fallen out and could easily have been eaten by my child. Plus the metal cylinders they were holding in our now coming out. They are about one inch long and very sharp. Is this something I should report?
